Ordering & Payment
We accept all standard checkout methods — major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
We don't currently offer wholesale or bulk pricing.
Sign up for our email list and get 10% off your first order. We also send new customers a 15% thank-you code after their first purchase to use on their next one.
Order changes and cancellations depend on how far along your order is in processing — contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do what we can. Note that a small fee may apply to some cancellations.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive shortly after, though exact timing can vary a bit by product. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout before you order.
Some items offer faster shipping options at checkout — availability and cost depend on the specific product.

Returns & Warranty
Most items can be returned within 14-30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with tags attached. Exact terms can vary slightly by product — check your order confirmation or contact us to start a return.
Reach out to us right away — we'll make it right. Just note that damaged or defective claims typically need to be reported within 5 days of delivery, so don't wait too long to check your order.
Unfortunately, returns need to be in unused, uninstalled condition with original tags/packaging to qualify.
