REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind everything we stock. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it arrived β€” unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, mounts, and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required.

For electronics: products must be unopened and unused. Once a dashcam, blind spot sensor, head-up display, or driver monitoring system has been installed or powered on, it is not eligible for return unless it is faulty or arrives damaged. We test and curate everything we sell β€” if something fails, that's on us.


How to Start a Return

Email support@rhodshark.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send items back without contacting us first β€” returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@rhodshark.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll sort it β€” replacement or full refund, your call.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: opened or installed electronics (unless faulty), items not in original packaging, sale and clearance products, gift cards, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the amount to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at support@rhodshark.com and we'll investigate straight away.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
