RhodShark operates this store and website β including all content, features, tools, products, and services β to give you a curated, straightforward shopping experience (the "Services"). RhodShark is powered by Shopify.
The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to RhodShark. These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Placing an order is an offer to purchase β not a confirmed sale. RhodShark reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we'll do our best to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal or household use only β not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 β Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges.
From time to time we may run promotions with separate governing terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms take precedence.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to a carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Everything on RhodShark β including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product reviews, and the overall design and arrangement of the Services β is owned by RhodShark, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of our Services only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
RhodShark's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. Do not use them without prior written permission. Shopify's trademarks remain the property of Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

These tools are offered "as is" and "as available" β we don't monitor, control, or endorse them, and we have no liability for your use of them. RhodShark is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with RhodShark. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims and liabilities.

As our platform host, Shopify processes information about your use of the Services to operate and improve them. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
Section 17 β Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHODSHARK, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND β INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS β WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Section 18 β Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhodShark, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims β including reasonable attorneys' fees β arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim.
Section 19 β Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 20 β Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies posted on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and RhodShark regarding your use of the Services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

You may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate our rights and obligations without notice to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RhodShark is headquartered. You and RhodShark consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Section 24 β Changes to Terms of Service
